Sogerim develops and builds luxury villas and apartment buildings in the most coveted areas of Brussels and its periphery.
While remaining a family business, Sogerim plays the role of a construction and real estate coordinator. In this "one stop shop" approach, Sogerim offers comprehensive services to its customers.
1976
A SME originated from the enterprising spirit of its founder Bernard Delgouffre - joined by Jacques Orban - Sogerim has signed, since its creation in 1976, the construction of some 700 housing units, comprising high-end apartment buildings as well as villas.
2006
Since 2006, Laurent Delgouffre (son of Bernard) has perpetuated the values of the company by integrating new technologies (home automation, integrated sound systems, energy savings, etc.).
2017
Laurent Delgouffre also became a shareholder of Entreprises Orban in 2017 - of which several generations of craftsmen carried out the construction works of Sogerim.

The team
Laurent DelgouffreManaging director
Graduated in Commercial and Financial Sciences from Ichec in 2002, Laurent Delgouffre, joined the family business in 2005 after having worked for an international audit firm. In 2007, he completed his academic training with an Executive Program in Real Estate at the Solvay Business School and then, in 2012, with an Executive Master in Real Estate at the Louvain School of Management.
Laurent Delgouffre is a member of several professional organisations in the construction and real estate sector.

Industrial engineer in construction and land surveyor, Nicolas Ector has worked as project manager and team manager for major construction companies and real estate developers in Belgium and Luxembourg.
